Oneida County AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) Coalition, Vilas County Positive Alternatives Coalition, Lac du Flambeau Minobimaadiziiwin Coalition, Vilas County Youth Coalition and Vilas and Oneida County Public Health Departments have partnered to assess our communities regarding the awareness of substance abuse by youth.
